Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage company’s social media profiles.
  • Manage company’s blog; including creating content and growing the blog audience through paid and organic posts.
  • Oversee and manage all editorial and content calendars.
  • Oversee and manage the design of social media profiles – updating imagery to reflect promotions and on-site activity.
  • All aspects of community management – responding to followers/viewers questions in a timely manner.
  • Possess a general understanding of visual design and web development strategy in order to coordinate graphics with appropriate posts.
  • Utilise tools such as Adobe creative cloud to assist in creating content for social media outlets.
  • Partner with marketing & PR specialist on combined initiatives.
  • Continuously improve social media efforts by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and acting on the information.
  • Compile reports including measurements of audience growth, profile, engagement, content reach, engagement by content type, leads, response rates and quality, as well as negative feedback.
